I found Wikkipedia very interesting,good for an opininated person that likes to share their views on different subjects,and can change content of web site if you are a member.

It is quick and simple for people that don't care to speak to someone in person.It was fun ,if you have the time to sit and IM for awhile. Reference IMing would be nice,as long as a seperate librarian was available for that job.A librarian who does mutiple tasks at the ref desk would fined this a little difficult to do.
